   There are an epidemic number of people all around us who are not living their optimal life.  In fact when asked, many of them wouldn’t know what that life even looks like and if they do, they are not sure how to get it. 

   We live in a society paralyzed by fear.  Fear of commitment, fear of the unknown, fear of being different, and fear of failure.  Those fears often leave us locked in a lifestyle we are unhappy with but willing to settle for because it’s comfortable.  Making changes is very uncomfortable at first, but even the unknown becomes familiar with time.

   Making change involves altering one’s thinking in order to start making different choices.  It is about exposing the important questions that need to be asked to determine not only what changes need to be made, but why. Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching will help you to discover the unknown and lead you through the initial stages of discomfort.  It will help you to define clear, attainable goals and walk you through the steps to success.  We do not coach by telling you what to do but by helping you to determine your own path.  You will set your own agenda with our guidance. 

   Dieting is a finite choice that has a beginning and an end.  It requires a temporary change in thinking.  Many will find they almost always revert back to the original mindset that brought on the need to diet in the first place.  Lifestyle changes are infinite indicating a permanent set of changes that occur from within.  Lifestyle coaching focuses on helping a client to internalize the process of change so the brain can establish new associations and patterns.
